CNN and Fox news blew the initial call. I was all for it with two boys needing Health Care Coverage.
National Federation of Independent Business, et al., Petitioners V. Kathleen Sebelius, Secretary of Health and Human Services, et al.
Chief Justice Roberts was holding his nose while upholding it :
"We do not consider whether the Act embodies sound policies. That judgment is entrusted to the Nation's elected leaders. We ask only whether Congress has the power under the Constitution to enact the challenged provisions.
The Framers created a Federal Government of limited powers, and assigned to this Court the duty of enforcing those limits. The Court does so today. But the Court does not express any opinion on the wisdom of the Affordable Care Act. Under the Constitution, that judgment is reserved to the people. "

I guess I will have to try the Pulled Pork Sandwich. After all, I did try the White Castle Pulled Pork and it was awful. My expectations on this one are not high.

It is shameful the way these games are being officiated. Durant is a class act and doesn't whine.
Just finished Caro's THE PASSAGE OF POWER: The Years of Lyndon Johnson. Best line on the expanding of Civil Rights: "Well, what the hell’s the presidency for?"
