Did the Broadway thing yesterday: The Lion King matinee. Terrific show, incredible staging. The kid playing young Simba, Isaiah D. Negron , was amazing, 11 years old.



Times Square was incredibly crowded because of construction. Slow walking at certain points.



George M. Cohan: "Ladies and gentlemen, my mother thanks you, my father thanks you, my sister thanks you, and, I assure you, I thank you!"



From inside the Minskoff Theatre, massive on the inside, 1621 seats.



Victor's Cafe for Ropa Vieja, Spanish for "old clothes."
