Some beautiful scenes from the snowstorm. My car had about four inches on it.

My desktop won't recognize my I-Pod anymore. I tried a lot of suggested fixes and none worked. My fix: Download I-Tunes unto a laptop and use a thumb drive to transport 370 songs including the Holiday stuff. It worked and my I-Pod was recognized. I am responsible for my office holiday music. I have 192 Holiday songs that I just put on shuffle. This was necessary and now I am only going to have a leaner I-Pod.

Another computer issue, my windows 10 wi-fi connection was stuck in airplane mode and would not turn off. A fix I found on my phone, since the desktop could not connect to the internet, did the trick. Go to network settings, then find your internet adapter, click properties and then turn off the save power function. Whew ! Everything back to normal. I am pretty good at research and DIY fixes. Frustrating that these issues crop up with both the phone and the desktop. Thankfully, there are a lot of answers if you try to find them.

I don't start listening to Holiday Music until December. I have quite a collection. My favorites: The Nutcracker, "Wonderful Christmastime" by Paul McCartney and The Christmas Song (Merry Christmas To You) by Nat King Cole.

Beer for the weekend is Sam Adams' Winter Favorites Variety Pack: Boston Lager, Winter Lager, Cherry Chocolate Bock, Old Fezziwig, White Christmas, & Juniper IPA.

Just synced my I-Pod with my Christmas song playlist of 120 songs. Won't listen untill after Thanksgiving. XM-Sirius now has two Holiday music channels and will add more in December. I force-feed myself Holiday music to get in the mood.

Was at the Barclay's center the other day for a Nets game, don't ask why. Nice arena.

Finally found some fresh Horseradish at the Greenmarket. Bloody Mary time tomorrow.
