Fun NYT crossword today, it's Thursday so look for something unusual. The answer for 29D confused me: Footwear with lozenges : ARGYLESOCK. Aha ! Lozenges are the diamond pattern, not the throat soothers which use a diamond shape.

Yesterday morning was scary. I thought my computer was
Hijacked. It was only a Google glitch.
This promises to be an uninteresting Super Bowl. On to
the commercials and the food. On the menu, Chili Dogs,
Buffalo Wings ,Honey BBQ Wings and Heroes.
Today's NYT Crossword had plenty of Football, lots of fun.
How about them Knicks ?
