To really understand A Legacy of Spies, I had to reread The Spy who Came in from the Cold. I recently read Call for the Dead, which has both George Smiley and Hans-Dieter Mundt.
Now I get it.

The NYT Crossword let me know that I never read this one, just ordered it. 15% coupon and big discount if ordered online. I compared Amazon Prime to Barnes and Noble and BandN wins.

Also, just learned that George Smiley is expected to return in a new novel: A Legacy of Spies.
