Going to do the Bowery Meat Company Rib-eye again soon.

Quicken 2017, don't really need it but I have an Amazon gift card so I'll upgrade.

Office Holiday Party tonight. I have too many of these, sort of tradition.

Bowery Steak at the Bowery Meat Company. Expensive place but worth it. Broiled Oysters as an appetizer was a great choice.

In The Hobbit: The Battle of the Five Armies Extended Edition Radagast gives Gandalf his staff and mentions that sometimes it is "a bit dicky." British for shaky or unreliable.

Bloody Mary Time ! Fresh TJ from Migliorelli Farm and fresh horseradish from Gorzynski Ornery Farm.

Received an unexpected Christmas bonus. I will spread around good cheer and use some of it wisely.

Bowery Meat Company is the next stop for the Ribeye.

Bought the Extended edition of The Hobbit: The Battle of the Five Armies. The ring wielded by Gandalf was new to me. Or, maybe I knew it and forgot.

Narya ("ring of fire") is also visible on Gandalf's hand at the end of The Lord of the Rings, The Return of the King during the Grey Havens scene.

CĂrdan, knowing Gandalf's true nature and duty, gave him Narya to aid him in his labours..

It is described as having the power to inspire others to resist tyranny, domination and despair, as well as having the power (in common with the other Three Rings) to hide the wielder from remote observation (except by the wielder of the One) and giving resistance to the weariness of time. It is also thought to have magical properties.
