CÎROC ad is playing constantly on TV during Sportcasts on Cable. This is the long version. Any ad with Michael K. Williams (Omar) and Frank Vincent is worth it. Homage to the Rat Pack with "The Voice."

Knicks v. Celtics today at one. It's great to be excited about the Knicks again.

Here's Bob Cousy on Linsanity:

“Lin sees the floor extremely well and has good size for a point guard. He seems smart, not just because he went to Harvard, but in the way he plays. Just based on what I saw against Dallas, it’s hard for me to believe [Golden State and Houston] cut him. It’s hard to criticize without being there, but point guards who can run the show in the NBA are in such demand.”

Presidents' Day at Union Square.

The NY Post is unbelievable. Tonight it's The Nets, where it all began.

Flowers in the sun.

By Brother Jimmy's BBQ.

By Gramercy Park.

Today was also "Bait and Switch" Parking rules Day. Only Alternate Side Parking was suspended and Meters still had to be fed. According to PVB only New Year's, Memorial Day, Independence Day , Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas are Major Legal Holidays. Could have fooled me. I got tagged for $35.

The Nook Color has a lot of features. I'm still trying to learn how delete things. Maybe this Guide will help.

From today's NYT Crossword: Swans Reflecting Elephants by Salvador Dalí.

The Linsanity continues as the Knicks beat the Mavs. Game ball to Novak.

Walter Isaacson's biography of Steve Jobs will be a good read. I've read Isaacson before and he is a terrific writer. Of course, I purchased the E-Book version, digital seemed appropriate.

Yikes! Bad week. My on-line address book was hacked or hijacked. Everyone was sent a Viagra ad. First skimmers, now this. Changed passwords on all sensitive accounts and will now change them every 3 months, No more ATM visits, just checks.

I get books like this because I learn something new every time.

Tonight against the Hornets, let the Linsanity continue.

I was victimized by an ATM Skimmer device yesterday. The thieves got $1,400 before I noticed the theft. I was lucky and caught it just hours after the theft. The bank will reimburse in 72 hours, I was told. The ATM was in the Bank's Branch. Now I have to be Hyper-Vigilant about my ATM use. I have been careful to only use it at my Bank's branches, now I have to do a thorough inspection even at a Bank branch. Yikes !

Tonight it is Rubio v. Lin. Will go to a bar to watch, since I have Time-Warner cable.

Lockout wounds forgotten as fans regain Lintrest

Lincredible !

Watching a lot of old Columbos. This one with Ruth Gordon was particularly good.

Abigail Mitchell: I'm beginning to be very fond of you, Lieutenant. I think you're a very nice man.
Lt. Columbo: Don't count on that. Miss Mitchell. Don't count on it.
