$19 win !
The film Rhinoceros paired Zero Mostel with Gene Wilder. The 1961 play had Zero with Eli Wallach.
To really understand A Legacy of Spies, I had to reread The Spy who Came in from the Cold. I recently read Call for the Dead, which has both George Smiley and Hans-Dieter Mundt.
Now I get it.

Survivor 35 looks good. All new players.
From August 13, 1961 to November 9, 1989, The Berlin Wall. I am rereading The Spy Who Came in From the Cold. John le Carré later wrote of his “disgust and horror” for the brutal concrete-and-barbed wire barrier, which he considered: “a perfect symbol of the monstrosity of ideology gone mad.”
Monterey Pop movie was great. Grace Slick performing Today.
Ball and Chain - Janis Joplin / Big Brother and the Holding Company. A Willie Mae "Big Mama" Thornton song.

$20 win.
Cadillac Margarita.
Harlan Ellison's A Boy and His Dog. Not a great movie, but worth watching.
I'm usually not scared, I take each day as it comes. I recently filed as a widower, because I am approaching Full Retirement Age (FRA.) I'm scared because I am reaching the point where I realize: 1) I am getting older; 2) I won't be working at my usual occupation for much longer. I've had a good run, my finances will be ok. I plan to continue doing something but it is a new vista and quite simply a little frightening. I will see what the future brings.
Columbo, Prescription: Murder. The first take, he had an edge in this one that didn't blend into subsequent episodes.

Klute was on TCM on-demand. Jane Fonda was quite good, she received an Oscar for this performance. Wiki described her as Gamine in this role. Donald Sutherland was also interesting.

Autumnal Equinox : The equinox at which the sun approaches the Southern Hemisphere, marking the start of astronomical autumn in the Northern Hemisphere. The time of this occurrence is approximately September 22. On that day, daylight is everywhere 12 hours. Compare with vernal equinox, offset by six months.
I prefer The Lemon Ice King of Corona but Uncle Louie G's ices are pretty good.
