I always see large crowds at this place. Tried the bakery. Cash only, great muffins.
Stromboli at University Place had great pizza. Little Italy Pizza, now at the location, does not. Reminded me of Domino's, especially the crust. A good deal of two slices and a large soda for $5.95. Gave up soda several years ago but it sure tastes good when I have one infrequently.

Happy Father's Day!
I'll have a beer later, starting out with Bloody Marys.
Thrillist has the Most Scenic Dives in Each State. New York features: Hawk's Nest, Take Route 97 out of Port Jervis, and your next 90 minutes will be filled with an impossibly beautiful series of bends abutted by sheer rock faces on one side, and a steep drop overlooking the Delaware River on the other.
In my travels, I remember the roads above the Finger Lakes as being beautiful.
I have driven through the Crow's nest many times, it too is awesome and beautiful.
A shot from the highway of the Delaware River.
Nice Father's Day Chicken and Ribs deal at Boston Market. $30, bought an extra chicken for $1.99.

Saw Othello last night. Emelia played by Alison Wright and Iago played by Corey Stoll were terrific. Stoll played Iago as a brash, modern-day New Yorker who happens to be in old-time Venice.

Saw this in a Wall Street bar.
Shiner Bock at the Big Apple BBQ Party.
The BBQ party is always good.
Big Ed Mitchell always gives out "cracklings" while you wait.

A Cuban beer made by Indian Head Brewery in Baltimore Maryland, USA.
Hatuey was a Taíno chief considered to be Cuba’s first patriot and martyr. Conquered by conquistadors in his native Hispaniola, Chief Hatuey escaped to Cuba with some 400 men, women, and children. Although he warned the indigenous tribes in Cuba about Spanish colonists’ greed and cruelty, few believed him. Hatuey and his people waged guerrilla attacks on the Spanish colonists, retreating to the forests to regroup after each attack. He was eventually betrayed, captured, and burned at the stake. When asked to convert to Christianity so that he could go to heaven after his death, Hatuey refused, stating that he wanted no part of a God that would condone such terrible cruelty.
