Always the best "Whole Hog", Pitmaster Ed Wilson.
This is skin getting a little smoke.
Crazy lines even in the Fast Pass area. The Memphis Barbecue Company Ribs were the best. Baker's Ribs are still good but this is something special. They were making a Bean addition: bacon with sausage layered on top with paprika and cheese.
Looked good and the beans were tasty.
I always try out Salt Lick Barbecue from Driftwood, Texas.
Legendary Pitmaster Garry Roark, Ubon's Barbeque of Yazoo, Yazoo City, MS. Had the misfortune of being in the middle of competing lines in the Fast Pass area. Had no wait for what is an excellent Pulled Pork Sandwich.
Beer selection was terrific. I had Sierra Nevada Summerfest and Abita Purple Haze.
Went back again today and bought some Big Bob Gibson Pulled Pork and 17th Street Bar & Grill Ribs. Finally tried the Big Bob Gibson White Sauce and it was peppery and tasty.
