I like the SiriusXM Christmas stations. Now they have a Halloween station. I don't know how many times they can play Monster Mash and Thriller. Spotify has an 82 song playlist. Hellhound on my Trail by Robert Johnson sounds interesting.

Next Sunday, NYC names a street in honor of Walter Becker.



Saw Smokey Joe's Cafe, the last performance is November 4th, before a national tour. Great show. Fantastic voices and dancing. The band was playing its asses off. Kansas City was sung by a female. What do you do to the lyrics? You change them to "crazy way of lovin, and I'm gonna get me some," the original:

That's Alcatraz before the the hills of Sausalito.



The Streetcar operators do a lot of pulling.



A ride on a streetcar is a treat.



Alcatraz, "The Rock." You have to sign up in advance to be able to score a tour. This is a shot from the Sausalito ferry. The Blue Angels were in town as part of Fleet Week. The plane flying over Alcatraz was buzzing the bay.



The Blue Angels buzzed the town all weekend.



I drove up Taylor street, returning a rental car early in the morning, thinking of Bullitt. The address in the movie for Bullitt's apartment was on Taylor street. Bill Hickman did the stunts for this and The French Connection.

Great Farmer's Market on Saturday mornings at the Ferry Building.Fantastic breakfast at the Hayes Street Grill, remember to stay hydrated.



Order the Lamb Chops at John's Grill, Sam Spade did.



Excellent breakfast at the Buena Vista Cafe, accompanied with Irish Coffee. Remember to ask for sourdough toast.



The Molinari Deli provided sandwiches for the plane ride home.



Clam Chowder in a bread bowl is a Fisherman's Wharf staple.



Good craft beer selection on the Sausalito Ferry.
